I am a Blacksburg native turned Roanoke transplant as of January 2024. Growing up here, weird and queer, I felt out of place in traditional salons, and got wacky bad haircut after wacky bad haircut. I think all of those experiences (and so many more!) sparked my joy in creating fun, weird, not-your-average hair. I've trained exclusively in vivid colors and creative cutting techniques in recent years.
It's my mission to make Misfit Beauty Club a community space that extends beyond the hair. When I’m not here, catch me obsessing over and/or performing drag, hanging with my dogs and wonderful partner Alex, being a foodie (Can food be a love language?), and generally soaking up all the wonderful community that Roanoke has to offer!
