No-show/Cancellation Policy: Please allow at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of your estimated service fee will be applied and must be paid before you may schedule again. 

No-shows: If you are a no-call/no-show, you must pay the cancellation fee and a deposit to hold a new appointment. If you no-show more than once, you will no longer be allowed to book with Misfit Beauty Club.

Late Appointments: If you are more than 15 minutes late, you’ll be required to reschedule and pay the no-show/cancellation fee. If your appointment has a deposit, you lose it and will be required to pay another to book another appointment. 

Deposits: All last/lift appointments require a non-refundable $50 deposit. This will be applied to your first session's total price. Shortly after booking, you will receive an invoice for this. Your appointment will be accepted once the deposit is paid. Appointments with unpaid deposits will be denied, and you will be forced to request new appointments after five days.

Additional Guests: My space, as well as our shared lobby, are small and don't allow for extra guests. If someone must attend your appointment with you, please shoot me a message ahead of time. Additional guests may be asked to wait in the car.

Safe Space Policy: There is a 0 tolerance policy for homophobia, transphobia, sexism, racism, and other similar oppressions. The right is held to terminate a service at any time and deny further booking access to guests who cannot abide by this policy.
