This form helps us learn more about you, your hair, and your goals for the session. We will use this info to place you with the stylist at MBC that best fits your needs. You’ll be contacted after you submit via text or email to let you know which artist/service to book and provide you with a booking link. Please know, response times can be up to 7 days on new client forms. We appreciate your patience with this! After your first appointment, you’re considered a return client and can book, reschedule and cancel your appointment on your own at any time!
